First your body...then your business.

Warriors,

How well do you know your body?

When you have an ache or a pain, what is your body saying to you?

Do you know when it's your body talking vs. your mind?

My brand new niece Emma was just released from the Infant Intensive Care Unit. She was born premature and her lungs had not fully developed. The doctors knew she was ready to be taken off of oxygen and go home when she started pulling the oxygen tube out of her own nose.

My buddy Shane (many of you know him from Predicament) is here with his 4 month old son Daniel. Daniel's back is straight, his breathing is deep, and his eyes are wide open taking in everything as if it is the first time he's ever seen it. (It is. It's your first time too.)

How did we, as wise, learned adults, forget how to listen to our body? At an instinctual level, an infant KNOWS what they need and will ultimately find a way to communicate it. Just as your body knows what it needs and is trying to communicate with you.

Are you listening? Do you even speak your body's language? Many people do not.

Tonight at 7pm, Tom Terwilliger (Former Mr. America and author of 3 books about body health and wellness) and I are presenting part 1 of a 4 part webinar. Tonight's topic is Body Rapport. If you are the least bit unsure about the answers to my questions in this note, join us.

It's FREE!

Click here http://www.expereincetheleap.com and follow the directions to the right of the page. (Tuesday, Jan 13th. 7pm MST)

In our kids Warrior camp, one of the affirmations is very simply, "I am a Warrior, I take care of my body so my body can take care of me!"

Take care of your body, join us this evening, and remember what the foundation to all work, emotional, physical, spiritual and mental is...and how to listen to what it's telling you!

Talk to you tonight!
